So, you're on a healing journey. I'm happy to help along the way by providing live sessions in the Tampa area or virtual sessions via Zoom. Because of my holistic background there are few areas of holistic wellness that I haven't studied. Appointments can be requested via the forms on each of the respective sections on the 'Appointments' page.

I am an educator. During all of my sessions I'll try to slip in lessons, tips and tricks. So, it only makes sense that I have created classes and continue to teach live/online across the world. Yes, I can run your chart, assess your body and use my expeirence to talk with you about what's going on, but there is so much more to learn.

I am a successful business owner with fifteen+ years in the medical field. I happen to be very good with people, despite being a highly sensitive introvert. I have Scorpio rising, with both my Sun and Moon in Cancer. I am trained in Physical Therapy, Yoga, Herbalism, Energywork and Spiritual development. Currently working on my bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health at USF.
